WOODEN HANGER FACTORY: Our wooden hanger factory is located in Guilin, Guangxi Province — one of China’s core production bases for wooden products. The factory was established in 1996 and specializes in custom-made and bulk manufacturing of mid-to-high-end wooden hangers. It has been supplying wooden hanger products to global fashion brands, chain hotels, boutiques, and importers. Custom wooden hanger service under the HHANGER brand has been the main business of Head Intl since 2005. Under our manufacturing and trading management system, the factory maintains stable delivery times, reliable quality, fast response, and strong solution follow-through. Wooden hangers are semi-handmade natural products. We have established a three-tier quality grading system to help clients select the appropriate grade for their specific use. Factory holds FSC, ISO9001, IS14001, BSCI certificates. Production The factory can finish about 100,000 standard hangers per day. We support one-stop service from sample development to mass production. Standard lead time is approximately 45 days for bulk orders, and each client can place up to 4 containers in one order within this period.
Metal Hanger Factory: Our metal hanger factory is located in Guilin , Guangxi, specializing in custom-made and bulk manufacturing metal hangers.It produce full range metal hangers and metal accessories for hangers. Metal hanger business is mainly provided through the HHANGER brand for custom services,Through KOOBAY to wholesale to the clients. Our clients include fashion brand buyers, independent apparel designers, high-end chain brand boutiques, cross-border e-commerce sellers, on line shops.The factory operates in a flow-line mode, covering the complete production route from wire cutting, bending, welding, polishing, surface treatment, to assembly and packaging. We support one-stop service from sample development to mass production. Standard lead time is approximately 20–45 days, depending on order quantity and customization requirements. PLASTIC HANGERS: Plastic hanger production is based on injection molding as the core process. Head Products Intl company open molds for the factory , Factory produce plastic hangers by mold. After years of optimization, we have established a standardized, traceable manufacturing system. Plastic hanger business is mainly provided through the HHANGER brand for custom services, and through the RTS brand for plastic hanger recycling and reuse solutions. Our clients include fashion brand buyers, independent apparel designers, high-end chain brand boutiques, cross-border e-commerce sellers,Main Factory we choosed are GRS certificated .

The production of metal clothes hangers and metal accessories of hangers is complex, includes raw material sourcing , shaping , welding , plating / plastic covering , assembling , packaging . The material include stainless steel , alloy iron, Aluminium . Every day can finish the production of metal hangers about 20000 PCS. the metal finishing can be gold, chrome, nickle , nickle free black nickle color, antique brass. powder colored. The delivery time regular is 35 days. Aluminium hangers are 50 days.
Production of plastic clothes hangers includes raw material sourcing , mold making .shaping , accessories assembling and packaging. The raw material include PP, PS, ABS, Wheat plastic , TPE..... Delivery time depends on order quantity. Main factory production ability : 43000ps/ day.
The production of cardboard paper hangers include cardboard raw material sourcing, mold making, dia-carting， printing and packaging . There is no limited quantity on order . Production time is 25 days.
The productiong of padded hangers included raw material sourcing , clothing trimming, sewing , assembling , packaging . The production time is 50 days.
